A.K. Accessories (Pvt.) Ltd has started its journey in the field of RMG Accessories in the year of 2008. Presently it has been established as a Leading & Quality manufacturer of RMG Accessories (Woven Label, Button, Printed Items & Sewing Thread) in the country. It’s located in our own premises at Savar near Dhaka, with modern state of art machinery of EU origin. We are OEKO-TEX certified for our all products. 1. Position: Executive/Sr.Executive/Asst.Manager(Marketing)

 Job Description/Responsibility:
  • Marketing the Garment Accessories – Button, Sewing Thread, Woven Label and Printing Label etc.
  • Organize,lead, monitor and control own subordinate.
  • Forecasting monthly sales/production target, plan and execute for achievement.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
  • Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
  • Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
  • Carry out day-to-day operation independently as per plan.
Educational Requirements:
  • MBA/Masters from any recognized university.
Experience Requirement:
  • For Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager at least 3 to 5 years experience at garment accessories manufacturing company.
Special Requirement:
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Target oriented and able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Excellent Communication and computer skills.

2.Position: Factory Manager

Job Description/Responsibility:
  • Capable to individually handle factory production & administration
  • Liaison with local authority, others law & enforcement agencies
Educational Requirements:
  • MBA/B.Sc. (Textile) from any recognized university.
Experience Requirement:
  • At least 5 years practical experience as a Factory Manager at any reputed Company.
Special Requirement:
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Dealing with foreign delegates
  • Excellent Communication and computer skills
